The Miele InfoService is a service that activates the sending of an email if a fault is registered. The fault message is sent to the Miele InfoService and, if desired, a copy can also be sent to your email address.
The service can be deactivated at any time. Registration in the Miele InfoService Centre is necessary for email sending.

Activation
The InfoService is activated via the "InfoService Active" selection box. If this selection box is marked, additional information is displayed.
Model list
The model list shows all units logged-on to the gateway. Appliances desired to be registered with the InfoService can be marked here. By clicking on a model, its details are shown in the most recently sent faults information area.
Logged-on appliances that are currently not supported by the InfoService feature, are marked with "Not supported" in the list.
Most recently sent faults
Additional data about the appliance in question is shown here.
For testing purposes, a test report can be sent via the "Send test report" touchpad.
Model registration
The marked appliances are registered to the Miele InfoService via the "Miele model registration" touchpad.
